1. GENERAL POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to Miami local pickup and U.S. nationwide shipping. At this time, international shipping is not available.

ToolieRentals.com operates as a rental-first platform, while also offering select open-box tools for purchase. Shipping terms may differ depending on whether an item is rented or purchased.

2. PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after checkout.

Orders that include rental items require identity verification through our verification partner, Trust Swiftly. Verification completion may add additional processing time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. SHIPPING METHODS

We ship using major carriers, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and local couriers when applicable.

All delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ToolieRentals.com does not control carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

4. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

ToolieRentals.com is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer unless shipping insurance was selected and applies to the situation.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order contents, destination, and shipping method.

For rental orders, a return shipping label is included with the rental package at no additional cost unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

6. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If an order arrives damaged, customers must notify ToolieRentals.com within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage.

Lost or missing shipments are handled through the shipping carrier’s claims process. Refunds or replacements are subject to carrier investigation outcomes and applicable insurance coverage.

7. RENTAL RETURNS VIA SHIPPING

Rental tools must be securely packaged and returned with all included accessories, including the battery and charger provided with the rental.

Each rental shipment includes:

• A physical return shipping label inside the package

• A digital return label emailed to the customer

If a return label is lost or damaged, customers may simply print the emailed return label. Proof of shipment is required for all returns.

8. SHIPPING TIMING & RENTAL AVAILABILITY

Rental items are shipped within 3–5 business days, depending on processing time and carrier transit estimates.

To avoid conflicts between shipping timelines and rental needs, rental start dates require a minimum of 7 days’ notice at checkout. This buffer is based on standard carrier delivery times and helps ensure tools arrive before the rental period begins.

If a rental is required sooner than 7 days, customers may contact support directly to inquire about availability.
