• Tools are available for weekly or monthly rental

• Open-box tools are also available for purchase (separate from rentals)

• Each rental listing clearly shows what’s included

💡 All rental tools come with one battery and one charger unless stated otherwise.
Additional batteries and chargers are available at checkout.

2. SCHEDULE YOUR RENTAL

Choose your rental duration and select a start date that works for you.

• Rentals must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance

• This ensures enough time for inspection, processing, and shipping

• Weekly and monthly options are available depending on the tool

 3. VERIFY & CHECK OUT

Any order that includes a rental item requires identity verification.

• We partner with Trust Swiftly for fast, secure verification

• This allows us to keep upfront costs low without charging large deposits

• Open-box purchases do not require verification

Once verified, complete checkout and we’ll prepare your order.

In the event a rented tool is not returned or cannot be recovered, Toolie Rentals may charge the payment method on file for the unrecovered item or associated fees, in accordance with our rental terms.

4. PICK UP OR GET IT SHIPPED

Choose the option that works best for you:

• Local pickup or delivery in Miami

• Nationwide shipping via FedEx

Shipping details:

• Orders ship within 3–5 business days

• Transit times are determined by the carrier

• Tracking information is emailed once shipped 

  5. USE & RETURN

  Use the tool for your project during your rental period.

  When you’re done:

  • Pack the tool securely

  • Use the prepaid return label included in the box

  • If the label is damaged or lost, we’ll email you a replacement

  Returns must be shipped promptly at the end of the rental period

  6. INSPECTION & COMPLETION

  Once your rental is returned:

  • Tools are inspected for condition and functionality

  • Any applicable deposits are finalized

  • Extensions are available if arranged in advance

  Normal wear is expected. Excessive damage, missing items, or misuse may result in charges.
